Production Spike engagements usually run $60K-120K. The goal is one workflow shipped end to end with production code, evaluation suite, guardrails, observability, alerting, runbook transfer, and a 30-day care window. This tier is for teams that already have a mapped workflow and a decision-maker ready to deploy.
Partnership work starts around $180K for multiple workflows or an AI platform effort across a business unit. The scope can include platform architecture, team enablement, workflow sequencing, operating reviews, and shared engineering with the client team.
Every engagement is scoped around the workflow, data boundary, reviewer path, success metric, and rollback plan. Hourly creep is avoided where possible because regulated AI work needs explicit edges before implementation starts.
